From the heart of nature, for you
Our story begins in southeastern Serbia, near Prokuplje, in a region with a unique microclimate, diverse flora, and pure water sources — conditions that make this area ideal for premium-quality beekeeping.
The company was founded in 2023 as a joint project between two founders from different professional backgrounds, united by their dedication to nature preservation and sustainable production.
We maintain 210 active hives located in carefully selected, isolated spots far from potential sources of contamination. These locations are:
- Outside urban zones (no cities with more than 150,000 inhabitants within a 100 km radius)
- Far from industrial, petrochemical, or nuclear facilities
- Far from landfills and incinerators
- Far from highways and airports
Our mission
Our goal is to offer honey that needs no further explanation: clean origin, transparent process, and people you can trust behind the product.
Our core values are: trust in nature, responsibility toward bees, and work based on knowledge, cooperation, and long-term commitment.
We don’t produce industrial honey — we work in small batches, with full control over every phase, without compromising on quality or speed.
How we operate
Our honey is produced by bees that collect nectar from acacia, forest, and wildflower plants in the Toplica region. All hives are made exclusively of wood.
The use of plastic, aluminum, or other artificial materials is strictly prohibited.
Extraction process:
- Honey is extracted exclusively by cold centrifuge
- No heating or thermal processing is applied
- No chemical stimulants are allowed during collection
- Antibiotics are strictly forbidden at any stage
In cooperation with local beekeepers and experts, we oversee every stage — from foraging to packaging.
Our production partner is equipped with modern laboratory tools and has decades of experience in apiculture.
Quality control is carried out in accredited laboratories:
- Institute for Meat Technology, Belgrade (Serbia)
- QSI Bremen (Germany)
Our entire production is aligned with the following standards:
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
- FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification – ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009)
